In addition to the circ 3,000 meeting buyers and agents who attended last years event a comprehensive visitor campaign will promote The Business Meetings Showcase to:

The comprehensive 3 month campaign will include:
Direct mail
Over 200,000 direct mailing pieces will be mailed to meeting bookers, buyers, managers and arrangers from mid November including: flyers, newsletters, previews and tickets.
Email broadcasts
A campaign of over 100,000 email broadcasts will target marketing, HR, personnel, and training management plus administrative and PA/secretarial.
Inserts
Over 150,000 promotional pieces will be inserted into key media including:
- PA & secretarial Magazines
- Travel & Meeting publications – M&IT*, Buying Business Travel, Business Travel World,
- Procurement & purchasing
Advertising
Advertising plays a key role in attracting buyers to the show and is placed in key media from November.
PR
A comprehensive campaign will target key meetings media, in addition to management, marketing, HR, PA, national and local press.
