Business Travel Show recognises that it is imperative to act now and minimise climate
change impacts where possible. We are therefore proud to be working again with leading
climate change business The CarbonNeutral Company to make this year’s event CarbonNeutral®.
This means that the CO2 emissions produced from 3 days of heating, lighting, waste,
supplier and organiser travel have been balanced out by putting money to 3 climate
friendly projects which reduce the equivalent amount of CO2. These projects are
industrial methane capture, energy efficiency and forestry.
To contribute to this initiative we are inviting visitors to make a contribution to minimise the impact of climate change, by offsetting their travel to The Show and to understand why it is important to manage carbon emissions. Our sponsor The CarbonNeutral

with travel and will be on hand at the show to help and advise.
Offset your travel to the show
The CarbonNeutral Company is offering subsidised rates for offsetting travel to
the event. Click on the relevant carbon calculator link to find out more and receive
a discount.
Overseas delegate can offset their travel to the show and The CarbonNeutral Company
will subsidise 50% of the cost. At the prompt use code BTS08AIR to claim your subsidy
UK delegates can claim a 15% subsidy when offsetting their car and train travel
for a whole year, including the travel to the show. At the prompt use code BTS08LAND
to claim your offset subsidy.
