Air One is privatley owned and is Italy's second largest carrier. Air One was formed on 23rd November 1995 and has a network covering over 30 destinations within Italy and mainland Europe.
Air One has a fleet of 30 Boeing 737 aircraft, along with Airbus A320, CRJ 900, ATR42 and ARJ-70. The Boeing 737's are gradually being replaced by brand new Airbus A320 aircraft, with state of the art entertainment and leather seats throughout.
Air One plans to introduce a new A320 every month to replace the Boeing 737's and has an option to purchase a further 40 Airbus aircraft od differing types.
Air One commenced flights to Milan Linate airport from London City Airport on 20th November 2006. Flights to Rome Fiumicino started on 8th January 2007. Both destinations are served by double daily flights from London City Airport, operated by 70 seater RJ70 aircraft. Air One offers a full Economy and Business class product, complete with full in-flight service.
Customers can relax in the Air One Welcome lounge in both Milan Linate and Rome Fiumicino airports prior to departure and can also earn miles on their Miles and More frequent flyer cards.
