Premier Inn's Direct Connect interface has been specifically created for the business traveller market and has been developed in conjunction with our TMC partners. Premier Inn's strategy is not to pay any commission, so we have developed an interface between travel management companies and Premier Inn's CRS, utilizing XML technology, called Direct Connect.  This has allowed those TMCs that previously booked Premier Inn at high cost to save time and resource, with a forecasted 100,000 reservations this financial year. This XML interface has enabled our partners and clients to take advantage of substantial cost and time savings.
