Radisson SAS - UK & Ireland

Radisson SAS now has a total of 22 open hotels in the UK and Ireland. 2007 saw the opening of two new-build hotels, the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Dublin and the Radisson SAS Waterfront Hotel in St. Helier, Jersey. New Radisson SAS hotels are under development in Durham, Bristol and Cardiff, opening in 2008/09.

Park Inn Hotels

Park Inn is a fresh and innovative upcoming mid-market hotel brand - global in outlook, national in scale and local in operation. Park Inn UK & Ireland

There are currently 34 Park Inn hotels either open or under development in the UK and Ireland. The 17^th hotel opening in the UK was Park Inn Birmingham Walsall on January 1^st 2008. Park Inn hotels have also recently opened in Sheffield, St Helens and Glasgow. A further 13 hotels are currently under development in the region.

A major refurbishment programme is underway in the UK and will run until 2009 to bring the quality of the portfolio in line with the new-build hotels joining the brand. Refurbishments are underway at the hotels in Watford, Nottingham, Birmingham West, Harlow and Cardiff City Centre. A further six properties will go through the same process starting this year. The refurbishment programme will apply the unique Park Inn design concept to the hotels and will reflect the bright, fresh and colourful approach that is recognisable across the brand.
