Exhibitors can chose two types of stand
Space Only: £424 + VAT per square metre
This option gives the maximum creative opportunity possible to showcase your products and services. Exhibitors just purchase exhibition floor space and then create their own look.
Shell Scheme: £457 + VAT per square metre
A ready-made package comprising of walls, ceiling grid, carpet and company name board that you can individualise with your own stand fixtures, furniture and dressings.
Airline Pavilion - £2,250 + VAT
A stylish pavilion booth, with power, lighting, furniture and graphics is provided so you incur no stand build costs.
Regional Pavilions - From £1,755 to £2,655 + VAT
Regional Pavilions include: UK&I, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific & The Americas
A stylish pavilion booth, with power, lighting, furniture and graphics is provided so you incur no stand build costs.
In addition each exhibitor is required to pay
£150 + VAT Inclusion in year long on-line exhibition and on-line meetings booking facility £105+ VAT
Stand insurance for Pavilions and stands under 10m or £175 for those over 10m

In addition to your stand we aim to maximise your presence at the show by providing a comprehensive package of complimentary marketing tools and activities.
