Our service delivery philosophies are based on first-hand experience as guest and operator of the growing serviced apartment concept. All our guests are met by one of our full time staff from our Guest Services team on arrival and their apartment will be stocked with loads of fresh essentials, from beers to bananas, loorolls to lilies! We will take the guest through their apartment in as much or as little detail as needed - setting up free wi-fi on the guest's lap-top, talking them through what's on their doorstep, or even walking them over to their office.
Throughout the guest's stay, weekly cleaning service comes as standard with fresh towels and bed linen. And, whilst every apartment has a washing machine, we also have a 24 hour laundry and dry cleaning service. For those guests who are tied to their desks day and night our Guest Services team will even go out and do their grocery shopping for them, completely free of charge!
