Raileasy4business Ltd is a joint venture between Ferries Trains Planes Limited and DataFlexNet Ltd. The Ferries Trains Planes consumer facing web site Raileasy has been retailing train tickets since 2007. Building on that Raileasy4business has been developed specifically for companies or Travel Agents. Raileasy4business is accredited and licensed by ATOC (the Association of Train Operating Companies). It is fully bonded to RSP (Rail Settlement Plan) requirements and is also PCI DSS compliant. It uses daily updated timetable & fares data and has connections to all the rail industry systems for availability checking, booking and fulfilment.
Unique Functionality
It combines an easy to use booking tool with all the travel policy setting and management reporting Companies/Travel Agents might need. The booking tool checks single and return prices automatically and simply displays fares for journeys in price order. Importantly though for people travelling on business who might not know when their appointments will end for instance, it will let the user check prices for (cheap) fixed time travel in one direction but (more expensive) flexible fares in the other.
