tour operators based on the tourism systems from ISO Travel Solutions and
HitchHiker. It contains all necessary functionality for (online) purchase of flights and

The EcoDisplay represents the next generation airfare pricing and shopping engine. It enables you to retrieve net fares from visualFares Entry as well as available published fares - fully priced, including complete taxes and fees. Everything from one single provider - HitchHiker!

Within a one-way or return flight the system allows the combination of multiple scheduled flights (FareMixx). You can specify whether such a combination is allowed or not and if so from which point of the journey. Thus, the system creates new and favorable routing options, which are especially interesting for complex routings. In the past constructing this kind of routings would have required an experienced travel agent.

The EcoDisplay is an optional module to the HitchHiker Flight API, which also offers WebFares, Charter Fares and Allotments.

HitchHiker Flight API
The Flight API is a fully integrated flight backend service, which allows you to query fares from all major fare sources, check the fares for availability and book them.
Our Flight API enables you to obtain fares from low-cost carriers (WebFare Engine), charter carriers (Charter Engine), published, negotiated, corporate and CAT35 fares (from all four GDS’), guaranteed availabilities via the visualFares Alltoment Manager and NetFares exported from visualFares Entry or 3rd party fare databases.

The Flight API provides an interface, which can be combined with a user-friendly HitchHiker front-end (TeMyra.Agent or TeMyra.Consumer). It can also be accessed by any third party system such as tour operator systems, web applications or third party applications for e.g. dynamic packaging.

TeMyra.net
TeMyra.net is a customizable standard frontend, which provides optimal functionalities for your business to customer sales. TeMyra.net for flight is predominately dedicated to flight consolidators, tour operators and travel agencies with high requirements on flexible, user friendly and high adaptable booking engines for flight requests, reservations and for all kinds of faretypes.

Fingerprint your web without investing in special hardware or personal. As TeMyra.net products are in general hosted products, HitchHiker will ensure necessary hardware such as web servers, IBE servers and SQL servers. A user requires either Microsoft Internet Explorer v8.0 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox v3.6 (or higher), Safari, Chrome or Opera.

TeMyra.Agent
TeMyra.Agent is a flight query and booking tool for business to business sales, designed for the needs of travel consultants. This white-labelled frontend can be completely customised to your individual needs and corporate design. By using this ergonomic platform, call centre and counter staffs do not have to work with cryptic frontends. Through the fully graphical user interface as well as easy and intuitive user guidance, all consultants can query and book the best flights within the shortest time.

TeMyra.Agent consists of an available fares query, a fare display and a booking manager. In the first module only availability checked tariff options are returned, including all applicable taxes and fees. These fares can be booked right away. The ‘fare display only’ option returns fares without availability check, taxes or fees. For available fares you can view fare rules and additional information such as flight duration, mileage and baggage information, etc. In the booking manager you can view and manage your bookings and details throughout the entire booking process up to the ticket order.

TeMyra.Consumer
TeMyra.Consumer is a white-labelled end-consumer web that enables flight bookings in only 3 simple steps: query, fare display and booking (plus separate confirmation page if required by law). During this short booking stretch ergonomic and haptic designs are applied to the usability factor, making sure that there are no obstacles, which might make the customer want to abandon the booking process. Extensive studies, conducted by an external research institute, have proven that this simplified user-guidance leads to considerably higher conversion rates. Intuitive and user-friendly workflows with transparent information ensure higher booking volumes.

TeMyra.Consumer is a completely embedded product, which does not make use of iFrames or scroll-bars. Light-boxes instead of pop-up windows provide for easy and intuitive handling. The tool can be integrated seamlessly into your existing corporate frames. Customer specific adaptations as well as individual diversifications keep the product up to date and in line with current market requirements.

visualFares Flight Entry
The visualFares Flight Entry is an all-round fare management application that guarantees fast entry, loading, editing and distribution of your own negotiated fares. You can import contracts loaded by airlines or other consolidator and subsequently apply complex calculation models.

You may distribute the fares to an Internet Booking Engine, a 3rd party application (mid & back office) or to your customer using the HitchHiker export functionalities. Furthermore, HitchHiker offers a direct export into the GDS Amadeus.

visualFares Ticketing Automation
The visualFares Ticketing Automation tool automates your entire ticketing process for net and published fares. Starting from reading the PNR, through price calculation up to the preparation and printing of the ticket. The system prepares the complete ticket shell, performs ticket printing/e-ticket and generates a neutral backoffice file for seamless processing into any third party mid- and back office system.

This multi-GDS application can be used 24/7 with a capacity of approximately 1.000 PNRs per day. An easy-to-use and self-explanatory graphical user interface provides for a user-friendly application with numerous adaptable options for a highly customised but automated workflow.
