The Business Travel Show at Earls Court 2012 delivered the industry’s largest hosted buyer programme for corporate travel buyers.
Nearly 800 hosted buyers attended the 2012 Show and participated in more than 2,500 pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors.

Hosted buyers were pre-qualified before the Show according to the following criteria:

Hosted buyers were selected and invited from across the UK Regions and throughout Europe to provide fresh new business opportunities for exhibitors.
They participated in four to 12 pre-arranged meetings depending on their length of stay, in return for complimentary travel and accommodation as well as a full networking and education programme.
Buyers had a concierge service from our hosted team before and during the Show, who were also on hand to facilitate and manage pre-arranged meetings.
