Hosted Buyer Programme

For us, a hosted buyer programme is not just about complimentary flights and accommodation, it is about enhancing and maximising your experience at the Business Travel Show, so if you do not need free travel and/or accommodation do not think that this programme is not for you.

For the second year we will be running a hosted buyer programme for corporate travel buyers. This has been tailored and enhanced using the feedback received from last year’s inaugural programme. Once again we will be inviting and hosting senior level travel managers and procurement managers with responsibility for buying business travel to attend the event in London.

As a hosted buyer you will have access to your personal on line diary to pre schedule appointments with exhibitors of your choice to ensure that you make the most of your time at the Show. You will be required to pre schedule and attend five, 20 to 25 minute appointments per day.

In return, if required, we offer complimentary travel to London from your nearest port, up to two night’s accommodation in London, transfers to and from your hotel and event venues.

Access to hosted buyer dedicated Masterclass sessions with content specifically targeted to your needs and requirements, plus many general sessions open to all.

You’ll experience red carpet treatment at the event including fast track entry, access to the fully-catered hosted buyer lounge, invitations to evening events and a personal concierge service from the hosted buyer team before and during your visit.
