Pre Scheduled Appointments


A pre scheduled appointment was a 15 minute one to one appointment between the buyer and the exhibitor of their choice.



Prior to the Show, the buyers had to book their appointments. Each qualified buyer had access to the online diary system. They were able to view a full list of all the exhibitors with information about their company and services and then choose who they would like to arrange an appointment with. The system then matched available meeting times in both the diaries.



Planning ahead, and choosing the suppliers that are right for the buyer and their business, guaranteed the most valuable and productive experience when they arrived at the Business Travel Show. Buyers were able to make valued contacts and return to the office armed with information, inspiration and ideas that could be put into practice instantly for long term gain – both for themself and their organisation.
