The Business Travel Technology Zone, located between BTS and Travel Technology Europe next door, was the area for all your corporate travel tech needs. The dedicated conference sessions in this area provided visitors with tips and techniques from the business travel tech experts so they could take away new ideas to enhance their business performance.

Visitors had the chance to taste the favourites and discover which airline serves the best of the bunch in 2012.

The Institute of Travel & Meetings were back in 2012 with their village of supplier members.

The Show's Airline Pavilion was the place to be if you were looking at your air travel policy.
First Class Lounge
By invite only, Travel Managers who were part of the Executive Buyer or Hosted Buyer Programme had exclusive access to the First Class Lounge with snacks, refreshments, a Concierge Service and internet access.
Agents Lounge
Sponsored by Sabre, the Agents Lounge welcomed and hosted all the travel agency staff who wished to take a break from the busy Show floor.
