Advice Clinic
Questions were answered by our independent panel of experts. These industry gurus covered a variety of sectors and gave recommendations for individual challenges. Representatives were from: Buying Solutions, Eventia, HBAA, Icarus, ITM, and JMP amongst many others.
ITM Village 
The Institute of Travel & Meetings was back in 2010 with its village of supplier members. New exhibitors for 2010 included A2B Transfers, Midas Travel Management and Avis, as well as welcoming back Luxe Hotels.
Airline Pavilion
If you were looking at your air travel policy, the show's airline pavilion was the place to be. Exhibitors included Aer Arann, Air Astana, Air New Zealand, Arik Air, Japan Airlines and US Airways and many more.
Buying Solutions Group Stand
The Government's central buying department for Travel & Services, Buying Solutions was exhibiting and promoted their new air programme. They were also educating public sector employees on best practices in travel and meetings procurement and represented and recommended framework suppliers. Framework partners currently showcasing their products include Carlson Wagonlit Travel, British Airways, Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, Flybe, Air New Zealand, Brussels Airlines and Turkish Airlines.
First Class Lounge
By invite only, Travel Managers who were part of the Executive Buyer Programme had exclusive access to the First Class Lounge with snacks, refreshments, a Concierge Service and internet access.
British Airways Business Lounge
You could take a break from the busy Show, by dropping into the British Airways Business Lounge for a cup of coffee and for internet access.
Agents Lounge
Sponsored by Sabre, the Agents Lounge was again welcoming and hosting all those travel agency staff who wish to take a break from the busy Show floor.
