Entries for the 2010 Innovation Awards are now closed.
Definition:
An Innovation is the creation, development or improvement and subsequent implementation of a new product, process, practice or service that is ‘highly valued’ by travel buyers, bookers or arrangers, the business traveller or suppliers of business travel products and services.
Measurement Criteria for 2010
1. The innovation was implemented, in service or use after January 1st 2009.
2. Entrants must quantify and demonstrate ways in which the user’s experience has been improved by the innovation.

Hints and tips
1. Remember to include other relevant material to support your entry. This can be in the form of testimonials, press clippings, photographs, posters, flyers, financial data or examples.
2. The judges can only make informed decisions if answers are specific and detailed. Vague answers could count against your entry.
Other Entry Information
1. The Innovation can be used by or benefit of a business travel or meetings buyer booker or arranger or business traveller.
2. The Innovation Awards are open to any supplier to the business travel and meetings industry.
3. Submission deadline: 27th November 2009.
4. Entrants can submit the same innovation in more than one category.
