Hosted Buyer Programme
The Business Travel Show ran its first fully hosted buyer programme for the 2012 Show.
We invited – and hosted – senior level travel managers and procurement managers with responsibility for buying business travel to attend the Show.
Our hosted buyers enjoyed a wide range of fantastic, exclusive benefits. In return, we asked that they commit to attending between four and six pre-arranged meetings each day they were at the Show.
As a hosted buyer, they received travel to London from their nearest port, overnight accommodation in London, coach or chauffeur transfers to and from their hotel and event venues.
This was all arranged through Omega World Travel, the Hosted Buyer Programme's official TMC.
The hosted buyers experienced red carpet treatment at the Show including fast track entry, access to the fully-catered First Class Lounge, invitations to evening events and a personal concierge service from the hosted buyer team before and during their visit.
