Business Travel Direct Integrates Booking Tool with Hotel Specialist HRS

Business Travel Direct - the leading independent TMC - is speeding up hotel bookings through its portal by integrating its reservation system with Europe's largest online hotel booking portal, HRS.com.
By aligning with HRS.com's booking system, all relevant information held on Business Travel Direct's unique online traveller profile is automatically entered on to the HRS.com booking form. The profile includes information such as preferences for in-room and hotel facilities, hotel executive membership, credit card details and any special requirements. Companies also benefit as the profile can include employee numbers, cost centres and authorised booker details.

The integration with HRS is a further enhancement of the one stop shop offering available through Business Travel Direct's portal. Clients can use the portal to book anything from flights and hotels to car rental, trains and car parking. Business Travel Direct has responded to customer demand by offering clients the option to incorporate preferred suppliers onto the portal. This means that clients have the flexibility of using a mix of suppliers that best suit their business needs. The incorporation of all suppliers onto one portal has the advantage of enabling clients to have better control of their budgets and to track employees in crisis or emergency situations.
