The show is runs for two days:

Is there an admission policy?

Yes, Business Travel Show is a free-to-attend trade event for corporate travel professionals.

Visitors who pre-register and/or attend should be involved in or have a job role specific to the travel industry.

This is a trade only event; children of 16 years or under will not be admitted into the show.

By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing or leafleting. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the show.

Official show photographers and film crew will be taking photographs and video. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such show material, which may include photographs and video of visitors and exhibitors for the promotion of future events.

Industry press will be issued with a press badge once vetted. The Organisers reserve the right to determine who is issued with a press badge. The Organisers also reserve the right to refuse admission, exclude or remove anyone from Business Travel Show.

By registering for Business Travel Show, you agree to the admissions policy outlined.

Registrations and Badges

Registration for the show is free.

Simply register here in advance or you can register onsite when you arrive at the show. For quicker access to the show we suggest registering in advance.

Once you register your badge will be emailed to you. All you need to do is print if off, in colour, and bring it with you to the show. 

Your badge will give you access our co-located event, Travel Technology Europe.

As an organiser, we are committed to reduce our impact on the environment. Therefore, we are asking all visitors and exhibitors who print badges onsite to  make a voluntary donation to our partner, the Woodland Trust to help reduce waste onsite.

Security

To ensure that Business Travel Show remains a safe and accessible place, there will be spot checking of badges as well as searches of all bags at the entry – please ensure you arrive early to allow plenty of time. 

Is there a cloakroom at the show?

There are 2 cloakrooms available for visitors at the show.

£1 per item, £2 for large items. Hosted buyers have access to the cloakroom for free.

Can I book appointments with suppliers?

Only hosted buyers are able to pre-book meetings with suppliers in advance via the online diary tool.

Getting there

Train and Tube

London Overground
Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. It's one stop from Shepherd's Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line). The venue is next to the station.
 

District Line
There is only a District line service from Earls Court on weekends. Please check before you travel.

When travelling from Monday to Friday, you should change at West Brompton for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia). Alternatively West Kensington is an 8 minute walk away, and High Street Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride or 12 minute walk away.
 

Central Line
Change at Shepherd's Bush for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).​​​​

Piccadilly Line
Baron's Court is a 9 minute walk away from Olympia London.

Hammersmith & City Line
Hammersmith Station is a 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away.

Circle Line
High Street Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride or 12 minute walk away. Hammersmith Station is an 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away.

Bus

The following buses all stop within a very short walking distance of the venue:

9 - runs to and from Aldwych and Hammersmith.

23 - runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith.

27 - runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green.

28 - runs to and from Kensal Rise and Wandsworth.

49 - runs to and from White City and Clapham Junction.

391 - runs to and from Fulham and Richmond.

N9, N23, N27, N28 also run a night service.

Cycling

Bike racks are situated near the entrances to the Olympia Grand, Olympia National and Olympia West, these racks are available for anyone to use.

The venue is very well supported by Santander cycles. If you wish to hire a Santander cycle, there are three docking stations (highlighted in blue below) within a five minute walk of the venue.

It's quicker and easier to travel to the venue by public transport, but we realise that sometimes you've just got to drive. The postcode is W14 8UX.

Food and Drink

There are 2 cafés and a bakery located at the show, selling tea, coffee, sandwiches, salads, pastries etc.

The café accepts cash and card

If you prefer to you, you can of course bring your own lunch with you.

You can bring water bottles, but they must be empty. There will be water fountains around the venue where you can refill. All the catering outlets will fill up any reusable water bottles with tap water free of charge.

Can I upgrade to be a hosted buyer onsite?  

No, hosted buyers need to apply before the show and be vetted by our hosted buyer team. If you're interested in the hosted buyer programme you can contact hosted@businesstravelshow.com for more information on the process. 

How many suppliers will be at the show?

We will have 260+ suppliers at the show - see the full list here

If I haven’t printed my badge beforehand, will this be a problem?

If you haven't printed your badge in advance don't worry. When you arrive at the show, a member of the registration team will be able to find you on the system and print off your badge for you.

The Business Travel show is a trade event, for business professionals. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to enter the show. 

Are their cash machines at the show?   

Yes, there are several ATM's in the entrances to the venue. There is also an ATM opposite Kensington (Olympia) train station.
